Mini Pizza Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried.
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella.
03 - 1 cup marinara sauce.
04 - 1 pound of pizza dough.
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 8 oz of turkey pepperoni slices.
07 - ½ cup melted unsalted butter.
08 - ¼ cup parmesan, grated.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped small.
10 - ½ teaspoon salt.
11 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic.
12 - A sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
13 - Ranch dressing for dipping (if you'd like).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir butter, garlic, and seasonings together in a small bowl.
02 - Use the butter mixture to grease the cupcake tray.
03 - Roll out dough into small balls about the size of ping-pong balls.
04 - Pop those dough balls into the spaces of the cupcake tray.
05 - Cover and let the dough rise until it's about twice as big.
06 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
07 - Press down the center of each dough ball to create a little cup in the middle.
08 - Brush the dough cups all over with more of the butter mix.
09 - Put some sauce in the bottom, then sprinkle on cheese and pepperoni.
10 - Layer more cheese, pepperoni, and a spoonful of sauce as the final touch.
11 - Add a pinch of Italian seasoning on top of everything.
12 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
13 - Let them sit for 5 minutes before you dig in.
