01 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken with herbs
02 - 16 oz container sour cream
03 - 2.5 cups chicken stock
04 - 5 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
08 - 3 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn (or 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed)
09 - 16 oz dry orzo
10 - 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated
11 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
12 - 6 oz can French's crispy fried onions

# Steps:

01 - Grease a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter. Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In the casserole dish, combine cream of chicken, sour cream, chicken stock, garlic, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy without lumps.
03 - Stir in spinach, chicken, half the cheese, and orzo. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients into the liquid.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, followed by an even layer of crispy fried onions.
05 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbly.
