In a big pot, boil water with a pinch of salt and cook the pasta as directed on the box. Drain it, then rinse under cold running water.

Grab a small jar with a lid. Add olive oil, olive brine, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper. Screw on the lid and shake until it all comes together.

Put the pasta, olives, and feta cubes in a large bowl. Pour your dressing over everything and toss to mix. Taste it and adjust with more salt, lemon juice, or pepper if needed. Enjoy it right away!
