# Ingredients:

→ Ziti Al Forno Olive Garden Copycat

01 - 1 lb Ziti pasta
02 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

→ Five Cheese Marinara Sauce

03 - 2 cups marinara sauce
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 15 oz diced tomatoes, drained (or two fresh tomatoes, diced)
06 - 1 tsp sugar
07 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese blend (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)
08 - 1/2 cup Fontina cheese (or Monterey Jack, grated)
09 - 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

# Steps:

01 - In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain into a colander and rinse with cold water. Toss with oil to prevent sticking and set aside.
02 - Combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Simmer and stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese blend, 1/2 cup Fontina cheese, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Stir until bubbly and remove from heat.
03 - Place cooked pasta in an oven-safe serving dish and ladle sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese blend, and breadcrumbs. Broil until the cheese browns. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
04 - Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly. Add pasta, ladle all sauce over the top, and sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese blend. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350°F (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Broil until golden on top.

# Tips:

01 - You can refrigerate or freeze Ziti Al Forno for later cooking.
02 - Substitute cheeses like Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, or Parmesan if needed.
