Combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Simmer and stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese blend, 1/2 cup Fontina cheese, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Stir until bubbly and remove from heat.

Place cooked pasta in an oven-safe serving dish and ladle sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese blend, and breadcrumbs. Broil until the cheese browns. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly. Add pasta, ladle all sauce over the top, and sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese blend. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350°F (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Broil until golden on top.
