01 - 14 oz Kielbasa, sliced
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
05 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1 tsp dried oregano
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
09 - 3 cups rotini pasta
10 - 3 cups beef broth
11 - 8 oz tomato sauce
12 - 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, shredded
13 - 1/3 cup milk
14 - Dried parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sliced kielbasa with the chopped onion until caramelized.
02 - Add minced garlic, uncooked rotini pasta, beef broth, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Season with black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine.
03 - Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover with a lid and let cook for 12-15 minutes, ensuring the pasta is tender and the mixture is bubbling.
04 - Once pasta is fully cooked, stir in shredded Colby Jack cheese and milk until smooth. Garnish with dried parsley and serve.

# Tips:

01 - Any variation of kielbasa or smoked sausage can be used.
02 - Cook pasta in the broth and tomato sauce for enhanced flavor.
03 - Browned kielbasa and onion add a smokey depth to the dish.
04 - Freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese ensures a creamier texture, but cheddar cheese can also work.
05 - For a milder dish, omit the cayenne pepper.
