One-Pot Chicken Sausage Pasta (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ Sausages

01 - 4 chicken sausages
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta

07 - 8 ounces pasta (any type)
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 1 onion, diced
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 2 zucchinis, sliced
12 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
13 - 1 cup chicken broth
14 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
15 - Salt and pepper to taste
16 - Grated Parmesan, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Mix chicken sausages with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
02 - Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high and sear sausages until browned on all sides, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
04 - In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
05 - Add zucchini slices and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
06 - Return sausages to the skillet. Add cooked pasta, chicken broth, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
07 - Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
08 - Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
