# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages Graham Crackers
02 - 2 teaspoons Flour
03 - 1/2 cup Sugar
04 - 12 tablespoons Butter, melted

→ Cheesecake Layer

05 - 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
06 - 2 cups Powdered Sugar
07 - 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
08 - 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed

→ Orange Cream Layer

09 - 6 oz Orange Jello Gelatin (2 x 3 oz boxes)
10 - 1 1/2 cups Water, boiling
11 - 1 1/2 cups Water, cold
12 - 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
13 - 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
14 - 4 teaspoons Orange Extract
15 - 16 drops Orange Food Coloring

→ Topping (Optional)

# Steps:

01 - Place Graham Crackers in a food processor and blend into fine crumbs. Add flour and sugar, and pulse until mixed. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Distribute mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 pan and press down firmly. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.
03 - Boil water in a medium saucepan. Whisk in orange gelatin until fully dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool completely, but not set.
04 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange extract, and orange food coloring until smooth. Slowly pour in the cooled orange gelatin mixture while continuously mixing to ensure a smooth consistency.
05 - Spread the orange cream mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer. Refrigerate until chilled and thickened.
06 - Top with whipped cream if desired. Serve chilled.
