Longhorn Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skin-off chicken breasts.
02 - ⅓ cup of ranch dressing mix.
03 - ⅓ cup of olive oil.
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.
06 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic.
08 - ½ cup diced Provolone cheese.
09 - 6 tablespoons of buttermilk ranch.
10 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
11 - ¾ cup breadcrumbs (panko).
12 - Salt and pepper as needed.
13 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
14 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
15 - 2 teaspoons powdered garlic.

# Instructions:

01 - Flatten chicken to about half an inch. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
02 - Put all marinade ingredients together, toss with chicken, and chill for at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight.
03 - Cook chicken in a hot pan for about 4-5 minutes each side until it's golden and done.
04 - Stir cheeses with ranch and warm it in the microwave. Separately, mix melted butter, breadcrumbs, and powdered garlic.
05 - Spread cheese blend over chicken, add breadcrumbs on top. Broil for 3-4 minutes to brown the crust slightly.
