PB No-Bake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups rice crispy cereal.
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 1 1/4 cup peanut butter.
04 - 1 cup light corn syrup.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
06 - 1 cup chopped pretzels, roughly broken.
07 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - Dash of fine sea salt.
09 - Pinch of salt for sprinkling on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Put a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray.
02 - Grab a large bowl, toss the cereal and broken pretzels together.
03 - Melt the sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup together until it’s creamy.
04 - Take it off the heat. Mix in the salt and vanilla.
05 - Pour the mixture over the cereal and pretzels, then mix everything to coat.
06 - Wait for about 3–5 minutes while the mixture cools down.
07 - Throw in the chocolate chips and mix so they don’t melt completely.
08 - Scoop out portions and place them on the tray you set up earlier.
