01 - 8 ounces cream cheese
02 - Approximately 1 cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
04 - A squeeze of honey
05 - 3 to 3.5 ounces milk chocolate, melted
06 - 1 to 3.5 ounces white chocolate, melted

# Steps:

01 - Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla sugar, and honey in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Using a small cookie scooper, scoop the mixture into balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
03 - Place the cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
04 - Melt the milk chocolate in increments, stirring frequently until smooth and creamy.
05 - Remove the frozen cheesecake balls from the freezer. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
06 - Return the chocolate-coated cheesecake bites to the freezer for approximately 15 minutes.
07 - Remove the bites from the freezer and drizzle melted white chocolate over each one.
08 - Return the bites to the freezer until ready to serve.
