# Ingredients:

→ Beef mixture

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup diced yellow onion
03 - 1 cup strawberry jam
04 - 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

→ Peanut butter sauce

07 - 1 cup coconut milk
08 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
09 - 1/2 cup sweet chili Thai sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

→ Assembly

11 - 4 Brioche buns

# Steps:

01 - Place the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat and break it apart while cooking.
02 - Add the diced onions to the skillet. Stir well and continue cooking until the ground beef is fully browned.
03 - Drain the grease from the skillet.
04 - Add the strawberry jam, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and allow the mixture to simmer and thicken for about 8 minutes.
05 - In a separate saucepan, pour the coconut milk, peanut butter, and Thai chili sauce over low heat. Stir until combined.
06 - Add the soy sauce to the peanut butter mixture. Continue stirring until the peanut butter is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
07 - Spoon the thickened meat mixture onto brioche buns and top with the prepared peanut butter sauce.
