# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (avoid natural peanut butter with oils)
02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 16 oz almond bark or white melting candy coating
05 - 1 container sprinkles (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the peanut butter and butter until creamy. Slowly mix the powdered sugar into the peanut butter and continue to mix until well combined. It may appear crumbly at first; keep mixing and it will start to come together.
02 - Cover the peanut butter mixture in a small bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
03 - Scoop 1-inch sized balls from the mixture, roll them to shape, and place them on a cookie sheet. Place the balls into the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
04 - Place the chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave in 15-second increments, stirring between each increment. Repeat this process three times or until the chocolate is fully melted. Avoid overheating, as the chocolate will become stiff.
05 - Remove the peanut butter balls from the freezer. Use a toothpick to dip each ball into the melted chocolate. Tap your wrist gently to remove excess chocolate. Place the coated balls onto a sheet of wax paper and add sprinkles if desired.
06 - Store the completed snowballs in the refrigerator for up to one week.

# Tips:

01 - Overheated chocolate will become stiff, so be careful to melt it in short increments.
02 - The mixture may appear crumbly initially, but it will come together with continued mixing.
