Pecan Pie Brownies Delight (Print Format)

Fudgy brownies layered with gooey, caramelized pecans for sweet, nutty bites ideal for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 family-size box brownie mix with required ingredients

→ Pecan Pie Topping

02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
07 - 2 cups pecans, chopped or whole

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
02 - Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour evenly into greased dish and bake for 20 minutes to set the base.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk granulated sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in pecans to coat evenly.
04 - Remove partially baked brownies from oven. Pour pecan mixture evenly over brownie layer. Return to oven and bake 25–35 minutes until topping is set but slightly jiggly in center.
05 - Allow brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing into approximately 20 squares to let topping thicken and flavors develop.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure the topping remains slightly jiggly after baking for a gooey texture and avoid overbaking to prevent hardness.
02 - Lightly greasing the baking dish ensures clean slices and easy serving.
03 - Freshly chopped pecans preserve the best crunch and flavor.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature up to three days, refrigerate up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
