Cool Holiday Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made Oreo crust.
02 - 1/2 cup crushed peppermint pieces, with extra for topping.
03 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
04 - 16 oz cream cheese (2 packs), brought to room temperature.
05 - 10 drops red food dye.
06 - 1 container of Cool Whip.
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1 teaspoon peppermint essence.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and stays firm.
02 - Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until it's smooth and fluffy.
03 - Stir in peppermint, crushed candy, food coloring, and vanilla until well mixed.
04 - Gently mix the cream cheese blend into the whipped cream until everything is combined.
05 - Spoon the mixture into the Oreo pie shell and even out the top.
06 - Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle extra crushed candies for decoration.
07 - Pop into the fridge and let it set for 1-2 hours or until firm.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it up to 48 hours in advance.
02 - Only add candy topping right before serving for freshness.
03 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 5 days.
