Heat the grill to high heat.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic seasoning with herbs.

Place the pepperoni between two paper towels, ensuring they are not overlapping. Microwave for 15 seconds and set aside.

Shape the ground beef into 4 patties. Place a little Italian sausage in the center of each patty, gently fold together, and reshape into patties. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Turn the heat to medium-high and grill each patty for 2-3 minutes per side.

Brush each bun with the butter mixture and place on the grill for about 1 minute or until grill marks appear.

Place a patty on each bun, add a bit of pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni. Optionally, place the burgers under a broiler or in the grill on tin foil with the lid closed to melt the cheese.

Sprinkle each burger with parmesan cheese and add the top bun.
