Lay one tortilla on top of the melted cheese, pressing it gently down so the cheese adheres to the tortilla. When the cheese turns golden brown, carefully flip the tortilla with the cheese attached.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla. Layer approximately 6 slices of pepperoni over the sauce.
