Crispy tortillas wrapped around gooey cheese, tangy sauce, and pepperoni for a quick, flavorful bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 8 low-carb tortillas
03 - ½ cup pizza sauce
04 - 48 pepperoni slices

# Steps:

01 - Place a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and allow it to warm up sufficiently.
02 - Add ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese directly to the hot skillet and let it melt without stirring, allowing it to start browning.
03 - Lay one tortilla on top of the melted cheese, pressing it gently down so the cheese adheres to the tortilla. When the cheese turns golden brown, carefully flip the tortilla with the cheese attached.
04 - Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla. Layer approximately 6 slices of pepperoni over the sauce.
05 - Carefully roll the tortilla from one side to the other, enclosing the toppings. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
