01 -
Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 -
Pour the frozen pierogies into a large mixing bowl. Add the vegetable oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the pierogies are well coated.
03 -
Spread the seasoned pierogies in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until crispy.
04 -
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the beef as it cooks and add the minced onion. Cook until the beef is browned.
05 -
Add the taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes, then add water and stir. Continue cooking until no liquid remains and remove from heat.
06 -
Spoon the taco beef evenly over the baked pierogies on the baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
07 -
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 4-6 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
08 -
Add your favorite nacho toppings like sour cream and chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy.
