11 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

→ For Serving

12 - Fresh raspberries
13 - Crackers or toasted baguette slices
14 - Fresh thyme (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Freeze brie cubes for 20–30 minutes until firm.
02 - Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and a mixture of panko and chopped pistachios.
03 - Coat brie cubes in flour, dip into egg, then coat in pistachio breadcrumb mixture. Repeat coating for extra crunch if desired.

05 - In a saucepan, heat raspberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and sugar over medium heat until bubbling and slightly reduced. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened and glossy. Remove from heat.
06 - Drizzle warm raspberry balsamic glaze over crispy brie bites and garnish with fresh raspberries and thyme. Serve immediately.
