Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a baking dish with butter.

Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Grate the potatoes and onions using a fine grater. Place them in a large bowl and firmly squeeze out all excess liquid.

Add the cooked bacon, eggs, potato starch, yogurt, dried marjoram, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the grated potatoes and onions. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 1 hour or until the top turns golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, optionally accompanied by sour cream or additional yogurt.
