Place the tortilla on a plate or board and cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle. Make sure to not go past the middle.

Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner.

Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the top left corner and top it with 2 ounces of pulled pork.

Place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.

Add half of the shredded cheese to the bottom right corner.

Fold the tortilla up starting from the bottom left corner and going clockwise. Repeat with the other tortilla and fillings.

Cook in a panini press or hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Cut each one in half and serve immediately.
