Pulled Pork Macaroni Cheese Wrap (Print Format)

Tortilla wraps filled with pulled pork, mac and cheese, and cheddar turned golden and crisp in minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 burrito-sized tortillas
02 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
03 - 4 ounces plain pulled pork, cooked and shredded
04 - 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
05 - 1/4 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Place the tortilla on a plate or board and cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle. Make sure to not go past the middle.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner.
03 - Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the top left corner and top it with 2 ounces of pulled pork.
04 - Place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.
05 - Add half of the shredded cheese to the bottom right corner.
06 - Fold the tortilla up starting from the bottom left corner and going clockwise. Repeat with the other tortilla and fillings.
07 - Cook in a panini press or hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Cut each one in half and serve immediately.
