09 - 2 cups chicken broth
10 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
11 - Gordos cheese dip

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, diced onion, and bell peppers. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add diced chicken and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
02 - Add rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir together and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the rice finish absorbing the broth.
03 - Top with Gordos cheese dip, serve, and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - Check the package instructions on your rice for the correct broth-to-rice ratio.
02 - Gordo's cheese dip provides a flavor similar to what is served at Mexican restaurants.
