Baked Ranch Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A packet of ranch-flavored seasoning mix
02 - 3 to 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
03 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
05 - A teaspoon of paprika
06 - Salt and pepper, add as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C). It'll be good to go when you're done prepping.
02 - Take a dish that'll fit the chicken comfortably without stacking. Coat it lightly with olive oil or a spritz of cooking spray to stop sticking.
03 - Lay the chicken breasts in the pan. Try to make them similar in thickness. If one’s way thicker, flatten it so all cook evenly.
04 - Pour the olive oil over the chicken. It'll help keep it moist and make the seasonings stick better.
05 - Shake on the ranch seasoning first, then dust with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Be generous—flavor is key!
06 - Toss the chicken around with your hands or use tongs if you prefer. Make sure every inch gets covered with the seasoning mix.
07 - Put the dish into the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. It’s done when it turns golden and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
08 - Once out of the oven, leave the chicken alone for 5 minutes. That way, the juices stay in when you cut it. Then slice, serve, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - This chicken works great with a side of veggies and some rice, or you can use it in sandwiches or cut it up for salads.
02 - If the chicken breasts seem thick, slice them horizontally so they cook quicker and more evenly.
03 - Store any leftovers in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. They’re perfect for quick meals during the week.
