01 -
Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C). It'll be good to go when you're done prepping.
02 -
Take a dish that'll fit the chicken comfortably without stacking. Coat it lightly with olive oil or a spritz of cooking spray to stop sticking.
03 -
Lay the chicken breasts in the pan. Try to make them similar in thickness. If one’s way thicker, flatten it so all cook evenly.
04 -
Pour the olive oil over the chicken. It'll help keep it moist and make the seasonings stick better.
05 -
Shake on the ranch seasoning first, then dust with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Be generous—flavor is key!
06 -
Toss the chicken around with your hands or use tongs if you prefer. Make sure every inch gets covered with the seasoning mix.
07 -
Put the dish into the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. It’s done when it turns golden and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
08 -
Once out of the oven, leave the chicken alone for 5 minutes. That way, the juices stay in when you cut it. Then slice, serve, and enjoy!
