Combine chicken seasonings in a small bowl. Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces, toss with olive oil and seasoning mixture ensuring thorough coating.

Thread seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto skewers, leaving no gaps. Trim skewers if needed to fit in air fryer.

Melt butter partially in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, dry ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan. Whisk until combined. If sauce separates, re-emulsify by adding 1-2 tbsp softened butter.
05 -
Place 2-3 skewers in an air fryer set to 400°F. Cook for 5 minutes, flip the skewers, baste with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
06 -
Flip skewers again, baste with sauce, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Total cook time is 12-14 minutes.
07 -
Once cooked, baste skewers with reserved clean sauce, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and serve.
08 -
Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with sauce periodically. Broil for an additional 2 minutes to brown tops. Baste again with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
09 -
Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook skewers over direct heat for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with butter throughout the process. Baste once more after cooking and sprinkle with Parmesan.
