Reuben Corned Beef Sliders (Print Format)

Corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut, and tangy sauce layered on sweet rolls and baked until warm and melty.

01 - 12 King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
02 - 8 oz Deli Sliced Corned Beef or leftover cooked corned beef
03 - 1-2 Cups Thousand Island or Russian Dressing
04 - 8 oz Sauerkraut, drained with excess moisture squeezed out
05 - 12 slices Swiss Cheese

→ Topping

06 - 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
07 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
09 - 1-2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Slice rolls in half lengthwise and place bottom halves in an oven-safe tray.
03 - Spread a thin layer of dressing on the bottom rolls, then top with corned beef and six slices of cheese.
04 - Spread the sauerkraut over the cheese, add more dressing, and place six more slices of cheese on top. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
05 - Melt the butter, mix it with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, and brush liberally over the tops of the rolls.
06 - Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on top, cover with foil, and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
