# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
02 - 12 ounces deli roast beef, thinly sliced
03 - 1/2 cup Arby's original sauce or barbecue sauce
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and use a serrated knife to cut them in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
03 - Place the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
04 - Spread the Arby's sauce (or barbecue sauce) evenly over the meat.
05 - Spoon dollops of cheddar cheese sauce onto each individual slider and spread evenly. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
06 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and onion powder.
07 - Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
08 - Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 12-14 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
09 - Serve the sliders warm with extra Arby's or barbecue sauce on the side.

# Tips:

01 - You can use regular slices of cheddar cheese instead of cheese sauce, or substitute with a different cheese variety.
02 - Hawaiian rolls work best, but brioche or potato buns are suitable alternatives.
03 - If everything bagel seasoning is unavailable, mix poppy seeds with sesame seeds. Adding flaky salt, black pepper, dried onion, and dried garlic is also an option.
