# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

→ Mix-ins

03 - 3 cups mini marshmallows
04 - 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Line a 9x10-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it, ensuring the paper extends over the sides for easy removal.
02 - Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Fold in the mini marshmallows, peanuts, and vanilla extract. The heat from the chocolate mixture may partially soften the marshmallows, creating swirled textures.
04 - Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Allow it to cool and firm at room temperature for approximately 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
05 - Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper edges and cut into 20 equal pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
