01 - 20 large eggs
02 - 4 cups milk
03 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 4 slices slightly dried bread
06 - 2 pounds sausage

# Steps:

01 - Brown the sausage in a pan over medium heat and drain the excess fat.
02 - In an extra-large mixing bowl, crack and scramble the eggs.
03 - Stir the milk and kosher salt into the scrambled eggs.
