01 - 5 large eggs
02 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
03 - 8 cooked sausage links
04 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Crack 5 eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until the yolks and whites are fully combined to create a smooth egg mixture.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sausage links until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
03 - Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Stir continuously with a spatula, cooking until eggs are set but still soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Unroll and separate the crescent dough onto a clean, flat surface. Handle carefully to avoid tearing.
05 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the wider end of each crescent roll. Add a scoop of scrambled eggs and top with a sausage link. Roll from the wide end towards the tip, ensuring the filling is fully enclosed.
06 - Place the assembled roll-ups on a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 11–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
