# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Gravy

01 - 1 lb Jimmy Dean Refrigerated Roll Sausage
02 - 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
05 - 3 1/2 cups milk

→ Biscuits

06 - 8 large flaky canned biscuits

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble the sausage without draining the grease.
03 - Add flour to the sausage and grease mixture, whisking continuously for 1-2 minutes to cook the flour and form a roux.
04 - Stir in salt and black pepper evenly into the roux.
05 - Gradually whisk in the milk, maintaining constant stirring as the gravy thickens and begins to bubble.
06 - Continue whisking and allow the gravy to cook for 3-5 minutes until thick, smooth, and creamy.
07 - Pour the sausage gravy into a 9x13-inch baking dish, then top with torn pieces of biscuit dough evenly distributed.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
09 - Remove from oven and serve warm immediately.

# Tips:

01 - For a richer gravy, use whole milk. Stir frequently during cooking to prevent lumps.
