06 - 12 slider buns, Parker house dinner rolls, or divided fast and easy hamburger bun dough into 12 portions

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350ºF.
02 - Remove and discard skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken. Add meat to a large bowl and shred using two forks or a stand mixer on low speed.
03 - Add seasoning and stir to combine. Then stir in 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce.
04 - Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
05 - Place bottom halves of rolls or buns in the casserole dish. Add 1/3 cup of shredded chicken to each slider bun (or 2/3 cup for hamburger buns). Lay cheese slices over the chicken, drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce, and place the tops of the rolls. Brush tops with melted butter.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until the sliders are golden on top.
07 - Separate slider buns and serve warm.

# Tips:

01 - Provolone cheese melts perfectly and has a creamy texture, making it the best choice for BBQ chicken sliders.
02 - Plan for 2-3 sliders per adult and 1 slider per child under 10 years old.
03 - To keep sliders moist, ensure to use the right amount of barbecue sauce as per the recipe.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep meat and buns separate to avoid sogginess.
05 - Reheat sliders in a 350ºF oven for 15-20 minutes to warm through and toast the buns slightly.
