Comforting shrimp, broccoli, and squash with Parmesan cream deliver classic Alfredo flavor in a lighter dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
04 - 6 tablespoons water
05 - 8 ounces cream cheese
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1 pound broccoli, chopped (fresh or frozen), steamed
08 - Strands from 1 medium roasted spaghetti squash or 2 small

# Steps:

01 - Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for one minute. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink. Remove shrimp and keep warm.
02 - Add remaining butter, water, cream cheese, and Parmesan into the pan. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat once butter and cream have melted.
03 - Stir in shrimp and broccoli. Add in spaghetti squash.
04 - Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

# Tips:

01 - For a change of flavor, add Cajun seasoning to the shrimp before searing. Broccoli can be replaced with spinach, kale, or zucchini. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese, parsley, or cilantro for added flavor.
