# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 ripe avocados
02 - 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
04 - 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
05 - 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - Juice of 1 lime

# Steps:

01 - Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
02 - Add the finely chopped red onion, chopped jalapeno, diced Roma tomatoes, chopped cilantro, salt, and fresh lime juice to the mashed avocado.
03 - Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure avocados are perfectly ripe and free from bruises. Remove any brown spots before using.
02 - Scoop out the soft, watery tomato flesh before dicing for better texture.
03 - A potato masher makes the mashing process faster and easier, but a fork or pastry cutter can also be used.
04 - Always use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
05 - Red onion is recommended, but white onion can be used as a substitute if preferred.
06 - Cilantro adds classic guacamole flavor, but flat parsley is an alternative for those who dislike cilantro.
07 - Serrano peppers can replace jalapenos if unavailable.
08 - Adding minced garlic is an optional variation for extra flavor.
