Sloppy Joe Casserole Bake (Print Format)

Corkscrew pasta mixed with beef, rich tomato sauce, Velveeta, and Colby Jack, then baked for cheesy weeknight comfort.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - ½ small onion, diced
03 - 2 (24 oz) cans Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce
04 - 8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
05 - 1 pound corkscrew pasta, cooked
06 - 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, hand shredded
07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease.
03 - Add both cans of Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce and the Velveeta to the skillet. Stir until the Velveeta is completely melted, and the sauce is smooth.
04 - Add the cooked pasta directly into the skillet and toss until everything is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top. Place it on the center rack of the oven for 15 minutes, or just until the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Let the casserole sit for 2-4 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
