# Ingredients:

01 - 5 small to medium-sized potatoes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (to taste, for potatoes)
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 1 chopped onion
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
11 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
13 - 1/4 cup ketchup
14 - 1 tablespoon mustard
15 - 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
16 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into cubes. Toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
02 - Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking them a few times during cooking to ensure even crispness.
03 - In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
04 - Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce to the skillet. Stir and let it simmer on low heat until the potatoes are ready.
05 - Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the sloppy Joe mixture. Stir to combine.
