16 - 10 to 12 small flour tortillas
17 - 2 cups shredded cheddar or American cheese

22 - 1 tbsp pickle juice

# Steps:

01 - Combine ground beef with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into 10 to 12 small meatballs.
02 - Whisk melted butter with grated garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne, dried oregano, and flaky salt until glossy and uniform.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or oil. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet, set a meatball in the center, and firmly smash it to spread meat across the tortilla. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until browned, then flip so the meat side hits the pan. Immediately top with shredded cheese to melt. Brush or drizzle cowboy butter around the tortilla as it crisps. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
04 - Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, pickle juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne until smooth and creamy.
