01 - 12 fresh oysters, cleaned and shucked, kept in half shell

→ Seasoning

02 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - Zest of 1 lemon
06 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1–2 tsp hot sauce, optional

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped
09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Heat the grill to medium-high. If using charcoal, wait until coals are white-hot for enhanced smokiness.
02 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and hot sauce if desired.
03 - Place oysters on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill, then evenly spoon the garlic butter mixture over each oyster.
04 - Grill oysters for 5 to 7 minutes until they become plump and slightly firm. Monitor closely as they cook quickly.
