Soft Holiday Color Cookies (Print Format)

Chewy, vibrant cookies made with pudding for a softer texture. Split dough into red and green, mix in sprinkles and white chocolate chips for holiday vibes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding mix.
02 - ½ tsp salt.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 tsp baking soda.
05 - 1 cup white sugar.
06 - ¾ cup softened unsalted butter.
07 - 1 tsp pure vanilla.
08 - 2 tbsp green Jello powder.
09 - ¾ cup white chocolate pieces.
10 - ¼ cup holiday sprinkles.
11 - 1⅔ cups plain flour.
12 - 2 tbsp red Jello powder.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Beat sugar and butter until fluffy, adding in the egg and vanilla so it's smooth.
03 - Stir together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, and pudding mix, then combine with the wet mix for a soft dough.
04 - Split the dough in two, mixing red Jello into one and green Jello into the other. Stir in sprinkles for each.
05 - Roll dough into balls, bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
06 - Place cookies on a rack to cool before popping them into a container.
