# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
02 - In a mixing dish, stir together the oil and sugar until well combined. Toss in the egg, milk, pumpkin, and vanilla, mixing until everything’s smooth.
