Spaghetti Rich Meat Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spaghetti.
02 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 big onion, chopped.
05 - 1 diced green bell pepper.
06 - 2 pounds of ground beef.
07 - 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes.
08 - 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
09 - 30 oz can of tomato puree.
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
14 - 1 teaspoon Italian spice blend.
15 - 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
16 - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
17 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oil, then soften the onions and peppers for about 5 minutes. Toss in garlic, stirring until you smell it.
02 - Cook the ground beef completely. If there's grease, drain it out.
03 - Sprinkle in all the dried spices and seasonings. Stir everything to blend.
04 - Pour in all the tomato products. Let it cook on low heat for an hour, giving it a stir now and then.
05 - Cook the spaghetti for about 7 minutes until it's just the right amount of chewy.
06 - Toss the pasta with the sauce or spoon the sauce on top when you're serving.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the sauce simmer longer makes the flavors richer.
02 - Pair it with a salad or some garlic bread on the side.
