# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz cleaned and deveined shrimp

→ Pasta

02 - 1 lb spaghetti

→ Sauce

03 - 3 tbsp olive oil
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup brandy
06 - 4 cups chopped canned tomatoes or tomato puree
07 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 small bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Dash of red pepper flakes

# Steps:

01 - Warm olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
02 - Start cooking spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
03 - Add shrimp to the hot oil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until pink; transfer to a separate dish.
04 - Add finely chopped garlic to the skillet and stir briefly to release aroma.
05 - Pour in brandy and cook until reduced by half.
06 - Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer uncovered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
07 - Stir in heavy cream, reduce heat, then return shrimp to the pan and heat just until warmed through.
08 - Toss cooked spaghetti with shrimp sauce, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Use dried spaghetti for best texture, but fresh fettuccine can also be used. Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
