# Ingredients:

→ Loaf Base

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tsp baking powder
03 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
04 - 1/4 tsp salt
05 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
06 - 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
07 - 1/2 tsp ground allspice
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
10 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 large eggs
12 - 1/2 cup apple cider
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Sugar Crust

14 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
15 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
16 - 2 tbsp melted butter

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice until well combined.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in apple cider and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the loaf tender.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
06 - While the loaf bakes, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl. After the loaf cools slightly, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over it.
07 - Let the loaf cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm for best texture and flavor.

# Tips:

01 - Use fresh, high-quality apple cider for optimal flavor. Store the loaf at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
