04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
06 - 1 cup shredded carrots
07 - 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 2 green onions, chopped (separate whites and greens)

→ Sauces and Oils

09 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
10 - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
11 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
12 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
13 - 1 tsp sesame oil

→ Seasonings

14 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
15 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or chili paste, optional

→ Garnishes (optional)

16 - Toasted sesame seeds
17 - Green onion tops
18 - Drizzle of chili oil or Sriracha

# Steps:

01 - Cook noodles according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, break apart, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and the white parts of green onions, cooking for 1 minute to release aromas.
04 - Add shredded carrots and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
05 - Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes or chili paste (if using) in a bowl. Pour over beef and vegetables, coating evenly.
06 - Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss thoroughly with the sauce-coated beef and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors and warm noodles.
07 - Remove from heat. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onion tops, and optionally drizzle chili oil or Sriracha. Serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Adjust chili paste or red pepper flakes to control spiciness. Use low sodium soy sauce for balanced saltiness. Substitute ground turkey or pork if preferred.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container refrigerated up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture. Avoid freezing noodles.
03 - Cooking noodles al dente preserves texture when mixed with sauce. Brown beef thoroughly for enhanced flavor.
