01 - 10-12 garlic cloves, peeled
02 - 1 cup of fresh red chilies

# Steps:

01 - Peel the garlic and chop up the chilies. If you want it less hot, take out the seeds before chopping.
02 - Put the garlic, chilies, vinegar, salt, and sugar in your blender. Blend until it's as smooth or chunky as you like.
03 - Warm up the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the blended mixture and stir every so often for 5-7 minutes. You'll know it's done when you see the oil begin to separate.
