Peel the garlic and chop up the chilies. If you want it less hot, take out the seeds before chopping.

Put the garlic, chilies, vinegar, salt, and sugar in your blender. Blend until it's as smooth or chunky as you like.

Warm up the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the blended mixture and stir every so often for 5-7 minutes. You'll know it's done when you see the oil begin to separate.

Once it's completely cool, pour it into a sterilized jar. Close it tightly and stick it in the fridge.
