# Ingredients:

01 - 8 tablespoons (1 stick) of unsalted butter, brought to room temp.
02 - 4 chopped garlic cloves.
03 - Juice plus finely grated zest from half a lemon.
04 - A tablespoon of bold brown mustard.
05 - 1 teaspoon each of minced fresh chives and thyme.
06 - ½ teaspoon each of cayenne pepper and red chili flakes.
07 - A generous pinch of both salt and ground black pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
09 - 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped.

# Steps:

01 - On low heat, melt the butter gently, then stir in everything else until blended well.
02 - Combine all ingredients with softened butter in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
03 - Roll it into a log with a 1-inch diameter using plastic wrap.
