Spicy Steak Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tb olive oil.
02 - Salt and black pepper.
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
04 - 2 tb unsalted butter.
05 - 12 oz fettuccine noodles.
06 - Parsley, chopped, for topping.
07 - 1½ c heavy cream.
08 - 2 tsp Cajun spices.
09 - ½ tsp smoked paprika.
10 - 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak.
11 - 1 c grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - 1 tsp Cajun spice mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Rub the steak with oil, some Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
02 - Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes for a pink center.
03 - Set aside for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
04 - Cook garlic in melted butter for about 60 seconds.
05 - Pour in cream and let it bubble gently.
06 - Stir in Parmesan and spices until it’s creamy.
07 - Mix cooked fettuccine into the sauce.
08 - Layer steak slices on pasta and sprinkle parsley on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap chicken or shrimp for the steak.
02 - Crank up the spices if you like it hotter.
