In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and pressed garlic until smooth and well incorporated.

Fold in grated parmesan, half of the shredded mozzarella, defrosted spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix thoroughly to combine evenly.

Lightly coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with oil spray and transfer the dip mixture into it. Evenly sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
