Spinach Bacon Four Cheese Quiche (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
02 - 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
04 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Filling

05 - 4 eggs, lightly beaten
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 small onion, chopped
09 - 3 tablespoons flour
10 - 12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, drained well, and chopped
11 - 4 tablespoons bacon bits

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together Colby cheese, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, lightly beaten eggs, milk, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
04 - Add chopped onion, flour, spinach, and bacon to the cheese mixture. Stir well.
