Steak & Pasta Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 19 ounces cheese tortellini from the fridge.
02 - 4 Philly sirloin steak slices.
03 - 1 cup provolone, shredded.
04 - 1 teaspoon olive oil.
05 - 1 pint of half-and-half.
06 - 1 green pepper, thin slices.
07 - 2 teaspoons steak spice mix.
08 - Half a yellow onion, minced.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the veggies and slice the steak thin.
02 - Season and sauté the steak, onions, and peppers together until done.
03 - Pour in the half-and-half and tortellini. Bring to boil, cover, then simmer 10 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle provolone on top, cover to let it melt nicely.

# Notes:

01 - Give it a stir now and then while it simmers.
02 - Once the cheese melts, dig in right away.
03 - Medium heat works best to keep the sauce smooth.
