# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1 cup warm whole milk
04 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
05 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Cinnamon Filling

08 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - ¾ cup brown sugar
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

→ Strawberry Cheesecake Filling

11 - 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
12 - ⅓ cup granulated sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 - 1½ cups strawberry pie filling or strawberry compote

→ Cream Cheese Glaze

15 - 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
16 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
17 - 1½ cups powdered sugar
18 - 2 tablespoons milk
19 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add the melted butter, egg, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead for 8–10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
03 - Roll the dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the surface, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
04 - Mix the cream cheese with the granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread a thin layer of this mixture over the dough, then spoon the strawberry pie filling evenly on top.
05 - Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal rolls.
06 - Arrange the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
07 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
08 - Beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
09 - Spread or drizzle the cream cheese glaze generously over the warm cinnamon rolls. Add extra strawberry filling on top before serving if desired.

# Tips:

01 - Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest cheesecake flavor.
02 - Strawberry pie filling creates the glossy topping seen in bakery-style rolls.
03 - Do not overbake; the centers should remain soft and fluffy.
04 - The rolls taste best when served warm, with the glaze melting into every layer.
05 - Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat for 20–30 seconds before serving.
06 - For an extra indulgent version, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cream cheese glaze.
