In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a dash of cinnamon. Set aside.

Slice strawberries into thin pieces and set aside.

Spread the prepared cream cheese mixture over one side of the tortilla evenly.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and allow it to melt.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar and a dash of cinnamon into the melted butter. Place the plain side of the tortilla down in the pan.

Place sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture while the tortilla is in the skillet.

Monitor the underside of the tortilla. Once the sugar turns light brown, remove from heat, fold the tortilla in half, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.
